Tracey Hare–
Trying to cut out sugar, (huge sweet tooth) this is the only product I have found to NOT leave a disgusting after taste.
+ PROS: No bitter after taste, nearest thing to sugar taste I have found
- CONS:If not on special this can be rather pricy. I would not buy if it were needed for more than 1 person, as it would be too expensive.

I was pleasantly surprised about this product. Added it to coffee, and tasted just like sugar.

Liked this over weetbix mainly and occasional hot tea. Haven’t tried it for baking but will give it a go. As for the price, not bad.
