Absolutely lovely in hot drinks but very pricey
+ PROS: Great taste, kids didn't even realize the difference
- CONS:Costs way too much for a family on an already tight budget
When I first saw it, I thought yay, monk fruit! I’ve always wanted to try monk fruit. But guess what? It only contains 1% monkfruit and 99% erythritol. If I buy a product that has a big label saying MONK FRUIT on it, I expect the product to contain more than just 1% of monk fruit in it. So you’re basically buying erythritol (which is also a healthy sugar replacement, but it’s not monk fruit, so the product shouldn’t be labelled as monk fruit).

Such a good sugar alternative for baking etc. I did not like the taste when added to coffee or cereals. I also did notice a distinct smell to it when I opened the bag, not bad, just different.
+ PROS: Works just like sugar in baking, and also uses the same measurements
- CONS:The smell when bag opened, and the taste when not baked into food. Also it is definitely a bit pricey
