Completely misleading with the headline of “Monk Fruit ultimate sugar replacer”. The monk fruit extract is only 1% of the overall product. The “with erythritol” makes up the other 99%.
A good tasting alternative, but a bit pricey to incorporate into baking etc. A good alternative for hot drinks

I never would have thought to look at a substitute for sugar, and a healthier one at that, this was a great idea and it’s opened my eyes to healthier substitutes out there
We already use a sugar substitute – stevia, but this (monkfruit sugar) doesn’t have a weird aftertaste, so would perhaps use this in the future. Haven’t yet tried in baking – will be tineresting to see how that goes. It doen’ts seem as sweet as normal sugar…
