When I opened this the lid was on so tight soap squirted in my eye! I can tell you it stung like 40,000 bastards and with 2 screaming kids I was not impressed. I later read that ‘Karen’ quality controlled the bottle and put the lid on really tight for me… I appreciate the social enterprise but my experience with the product put a damper on it.

what an amazing company! I hadn’t heard of Will&Able before trialling this product but now I will be an ongoing customer because of their ethos. The packaging isn’t the prettiest but I would still purchase and decant into something else.
