Yalumba, aboriginal for “the land all around” is fiercely independent, extremely progressive and committed to looking after the land and its people. One of the worlds most sustainably certified companies and a winery with the only working cooperage in the southern hemisphere. One of the most iconic labels in australian wine, the menzies is a powerful expression of some of australia & yalumba’s oldest and most prized vineyards.
There is incredible harmony & precision to its structure, and the lovely cassis tones meld beautifully into a velvety & rich texture that is positively bursting & rare in such a young cabernet.
