Dinners Kids Can Help Make: 2-Ingredient Pizza Dough
Pizza night just got better with this dough recipe that is super easy and simple even the kids can help make it! Dubbed as the “miracle” dough, this could be turned into pizza, flatbread, and even doughnuts!
In a large bowl, mix the flour and yogurt together until combined. The mixture will be sticky and crumbly.
2
Lightly flour the surface of your board and form the dough into a ball and knead for 5-8 minutes or until it is no longer sticky, but rather smooth and elastic. If the dough begins to stick, sprinkle on more flour.
3
Carefully transfer the dough to a lightly floured baking sheet and add your sauce and toppings. If you’re making mini pizzas for the kids, section the dough into small balls to form the base of your mini pizza.
4
Once your sauce and toppings are on, bake for 20 minutes at 200°C until cheese has melted and the crust has turned golden brown!
I have used this dough recipe for a few years, it’s perfect for pizza bases, scrolls, home-made buns and a heap of other things that a basic dough can be used for. Delicious and tasty also.
