Place mango flesh in a food processor, blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth. Pour into the base of a regular-sized glass.

Layer one third of the yoghurt on top, then add half the blueberries and raspberries. Top with another third of yoghurt, most of the granola and half the almonds.

Add remaining yoghurt and sprinkle with chia seeds. Top with granola, blueberries and raspberries to finish. Serve immediately.
