Chop one block of the chocolate into pieces. Place in a microwave-safe bowl with cream.
2
Microwave on High (100%), stirring every 15 seconds, for about 40 to 50 seconds, or until melted. Remove. Cool for 5 minutes.
3
Microwave half the remaining chocolate in a separate, microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 10 seconds, for about 30 seconds, or until melted. Pour onto a saucer.
4
One at a time, dip the rims of four martini glasses into the saucer of chocolate.
5
Make chocolate curls from remaining piece of chocolate by dragging a vegetable peeler down one narrow side.
6
Combine vodka, liqueur and chocolate mixture in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
7
To serve, place ice in prepared glasses. Divide cocktail evenly over ice. Sprinkle with chocolate curls.
We had these cocktails last weekend. The most devine combination ever. In saying that though, they did become sickly sweet after the 4th one. But i would happily repeat this recipe over & over again. Definitely a crowd pleaser for my partners birthday party weekend.
This had to be done! So delicious 🍸
We’re glad you enjoyed! 😋
We made these last night. They’re sweet and creamy with the vodka kick in the back. Super easy to make and super delicious.
