Whisk to dissolve the sugar and rest for 10 minutes.2Sift together the first measure of bread mix, spices and salt into a large bowl of an electric mixer. Using fingertips, rub through the butter.3Add sultanas, Healtheries 99% Sugar Free Baking Bits, eggs and the yeast mixture. Mix using dough hooks for 7 minutes.4Divide mixture into 12 generous mounds and place on a greased baking tray. Allow plenty of space between each for the dough to rise.5Rest the dough in a warm place for 45 minutes until almost doubled in size. Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.6Mix the second lot of bread mix, sugar and 1 Tbsp of water into a paste and pipe crosses on the buns.7Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and browned.
