Take the membrane off the back of the ribs. Sprinkle the rib rub onto the ribs and rub into the ribs the day before cooking and store in the fridge overnight.

You can smoke on the BBQ or place in tray covered with tinfoil and cook in the oven at 150c for 2 1/4 hours

Remove the ribs from the oven and turn it up to 200c. Uncover the ribs, cover in Whitlock & Sons BBQ Mustard sauce then cook in the oven for a further 10 minutes

Serve with extra F Whitlock & Sons BBQ Mustard Thick sauce
