Put the caramel chocolate drops into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave in 20 sec bursts until it starts to melt. Once it starts to melt, heat in 10 sec bursts stirring in between until it is fully melted. Set aside.

Beat the cream until it forms soft peaks.

Add cream cheese and orange zest into the melted caramel chocolate mixture and whisk until smooth.

Mix in orange liqueur and maple syrup and whisk again until smooth.

Add in whipped cream and fold in gently.

Divide into 4 small glasses.

Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.

Garnish with thin slices of orange when serving.
