Tilda’s delicious Flavoured Basmati Rice brings all the heat you will need in this recipe. Inspired by Mexican cuisine, this spicy flavour fix will be on the table in minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 pouch Tilda’s Flavoured Basmati Rice
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 tin black beans, drained
- 50g sweetcorn
- 100ml vegetable stock
- Salt & pepper
- A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Cooking Method

Fry the onion and pepper in the oil for 5-7 minutes until softened

Add the sweetcorn, black beans, Tilda Flavoured Basmati rice and vegetable stock. Heat until the liquid is absorbed. Season well

Serve garnished with the coriander and lime wedges
