Protein Chia Seed Pudding using Cluster Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup So Good High Protein Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup Sanitarium Triple Berry Cluster Crisp
  • Berries or other fruit for garnish.

Cooking Method

Combine chia seeds, So Good High Protein Almond Milk and honey (optional). Stir well and set aside for 30 minutes.

Begin by adding a layer of Sanitarium Cluster Crips at the bottom of each jar or glass.

Next, spoon in a layer of low fat-plain yoghurt

Followed by a layer of prepared chia seed pudding.

Finally, garnish with berries and sprinkle a small amount of Sanitarium Cluster Crisps on top of each pudding for garnish.

    I love the chia seeds breakfast in jars it’s great for work grab and go
