Make the most out of strawberry season with this easy and delicious strawberry and cream bread pudding! Made with Tip Top’s Super Soft High Fibre White Toast bread, this is a recipe you won’t want to miss.
Preheat oven to 170°C and grease baking dish with melted butter.

Cut bread into cube-sized pieces and place half in the baking dish. Top with half of the sliced strawberries. Repeat the same process with the remaining bread and strawberries.

In a bowl beat eggs, milk, cream, jam, sugar vanilla and sugar together until well-combined.

Pour the mixture over the bread and strawberries. Lightly press down with a spatula until the bread has absorbed the mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden.

Serve with a dollop of cream and fresh strawberries.
