Place the Donovan’s caramel chocolate drops in a heat-proof bowl and microwave in 20 second bursts, or until melted. Stir and set aside to cool lightly.

Beat eggs and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Pour the melted chocolate in with the mixture and fold together. Carefully fold in the whipped cream, making sure everything is incorporated but still light and airy.

Spoon into glasses or bowls. Garnish with the remaining drops.

Chill for at least 4 hours until set and serve.
