Spread mixture evenly across the pan.4Bake at 190C for 12-15 minutes stirring every 3 or 4 minutes until crisp and golden.5Remove from oven and let mixture cool to room temperature.6Add dried fruit and cacao nibs if desired.7Store in an airtight container.
